How to get Started:

  • Sign up for my Newsletter

Every week we send out a new Menu on Friday for delivery Monday, and Tuesday for Delivery Thursday. Signing up for the newsletter allows you to follow our progress and keep up to date with our new weekly menus!

Once signed up you will be contacted by the Chef and we will be ready to answer any and all questions that you may have!

  • I received the Menu, Now what?

    Once you have started receiving the weekly menu you now are able to start ordering your SwoleChef meals whenever you are ready to. There is no subscription necessary, nor is there a meal quantity requirement. You are free to come and go as you please!

  • Pick Up from a Location Close to You

We deliver to a commercial refrigerator at the pick up location you select upon ordering. Since Covid we still offer free home delivery to the Harrisonburg area! Your meals will be waiting for you to heat, eat and get Swole!

SamplePrices for meals are as follows:

  -under 6 meals: 10$ a meal i.e. 3 for 30$
    - 6 meals for 58$
    - 9 meals for 83$
    - 12 meals for 108$

We will work with you for any and all shapes and sizes of meals to better fit your macros, and budgetary reasons.
